Habanero Media is a podcast production, publishing, and promotion agency. We provide services that fit all organization’s budgets. Habanero Media is unique in that it provides marketing and consulting services in conjunction with your podcast.  If you utilize all our services, all you need to do is to show up for the recording and leave the rest to us.

Services We Provide:

• • Professional Audio – Audio engineering expertise at creating radio-quality sound and removing and cleaning up spoken mistakes during recording.
  • Podcast Syndication – Each episode is syndicated across all the major podcast players including Apple, Google, Stitcher, Spotify, Player FM,  and Castbox.
  • Interview Scripts – Coaching on how to create interesting interviews that highlight your guests and your authority.
  • Show notes and blog posts –  We take the audio and carefully create great blog posts with custom graphics that optimize for SEO. We can do transcriptions too!
  • Identifying Ideal Guests – We can find great guests that match your ideal/client persona.
  • Guest Scheduling – We work with your guests to get scheduled, send reminders and follow up when your episode goes live.

Setup Fee $1400

We make it easy to get your podcast online pronto! No need to worry about the technical issues. We have it covered.

• • Design launch plan
  • Design podcast structure, intros, outros, and music.
  • Set up media server
  • Share RSS streams to multiple podcatchers
  • Create tags
  • Includes podcast episodes, recorded, produced, tagged, and published.

Some businesses feel comfortable taking over the podcast from this point. We give you all the material you need to run it yourself. However, many companies prefer to focus on their core competency and outsource ongoing episodes. We would LOVE to help.

Audio Mixing and Publishing:

• • $120/episode
  • Includes mixing recordings, producing, tagging, and scheduling to be published.

Livestream or YouTube Port:

• • $25 per episode. This converts the live stream episode into podcast format, produces, and publishes, or the inverse, publishing a Video podcast to YouTube. Publishing only cover art to YouTube is free! 

Additional Costs to Consider

Other than the cost of setting up and publishing podcast episodes, there one-time costs and ongoing fees to consider:

• • You will need a subscription to the  Libsyn Media server.  For $5/month at 80kb/sec you can easily do two   20 minutes podcasts per month. After the month your episodes are archived and available for download free as long as you keep up your subscription.  For more that two episodes the next level is $15/mo.  See here  https://libsyn.com/plans-and-pricing/    Why Libsyn? They do not insert ads for other products that hurt your brand. You own the feed for all time.
  • Recording with Zencastr – Currently this high quality audio service is free. It provides the ability to have multiple guests for no charge. They are soon adding video services for a fee. Personally I prefer audio only.
  • Royalty free music commonly has a one time charge, often as low as $10.
  • If you would like to commission music that encapsulates your brand, we partner with an artist (with references) who can help.

  • You will need cover art. We have graphic designers skilled at producing eye catching graphics between $50-$150
  • Social Media Services Available $100/hour.
    • Copywriting and Social Media posting Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
    • Market research studies on ideal audiences and design podcast value propositions.
    • Show notes (blog post per episode optimized for search SEO).
    • Transcripts.
    • Guest scheduling on yours and other podcasts
    • Voice Over services (start of pod introductions and calls to action at the end)
